1 star 1hour install time from time to door to time it was done , was charge 2.5 hours .. 75 dollars an hour is rate , plus the 15 trip I have no problem with and the price of lock I have no problem with but , I hope people read this and go elsewhere and the door lock was literally put about a foot or 2 above the door handle , like not cool, but it works so I guess that’s the only good thing .maybe the owner will call and make it right
